Needs major tweaks

Needs cautions added. Would also be nice to make changes to setups and gears based on size of track and dry or tacky. Many times you need more bottom end. Also need to make the collisions better. If you tap a computer car you crash, but they keep moving. Constantly need to restart on the first lap because of this, hence the need for cautions. Overall handling can be improved as well. It is a good base of a game, but needs many improvements.
